  This is a chain, grocery store pharmacy. On multiple occasions the staff (both pharmacists and techs) have been rude and unprofessional. They provide lackluster service and do not treat customers as individuals but rather as a prescription number. I have been to other Kroger pharmacies and didn't have the poor experiences I have had at this location.
